This was our first trip to Australia and our first contact upon landing was meeting Sunny to transport us to our hotel. He was very prompt, kept in touch about how to locate him and helped us with our luggage. We also utilized his services for the return trip to the airport. The vehicles were clean and we really appreciated his service. Highly recommend Chauffeur Link Melbourne.

Great experience, I booked the people mover van for transport to my wedding. It was me (with a very long train) and 2 bridesmaids and my mum.
I got an email the night before confirming the booking with the name of the driver and the number plate to expect, and a link to track the ride. I received texts the morning of letting me know when the driver was on the way, and from the driver when they arrived (10 mins early!)
Harry was very friendly and patient, and moved the car closer to our accommodation for ease of access, and helped us with our luggage, my dress, and got us all settled. It was a hot day too, and he helpfully blasted the aircon for us to keep cool on the way, and put on a good playlist!
I have no hesitation recommending this service.

Used it recenlty for Tullamarine transfer, with pickup time at 3am - pre-booked it because I had ~6am flight and didn't want to play lottery with Uber or taxis - just needed something I could rely on. Fantastic experience overall - the car was immaculate, the driver - polite and very professional (arrived 5 min to 3am sharp), ride to the airport - smooth and hassle free. Good job, guys, thank you very much!

Hired this company as airport transfers for my daughter and her friend that weren't getting into Melb until midnight and was the best decision I made. The communication and customer service from Sunny and the professionalism and assistance from the drivers was amazing. The 2 x 21yr old girls felt safe with the drivers and they were so informative and helpful. Was certainly a great relief for me as a mother that they felt safe at all times. Will definitely be using this company again and have also recommended them to friends and family. If they are reading this review, thank you so much, will be dealing with you again soon.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time using. Very impressed. Easy to use app and also website is easy to navigate. Love the realtime view on how far away driver is from picking up your VIP Guest. Driver was extremely professional and the luxury Audi was immaculate. Will be using again for more trips for myself, family and guests. Not just from the Airport but around town also.

We recently used Chauffeur Link Melbourne for a fairly complex multi-leg journey across regional NSW and Victoria, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received.

Our itinerary involved travelling from Tocumwal to Canowindra and back to Tocumwal, Tocumwal to Geelong and back, and then Tocumwal to Tumbarumba and back to Tocumwal. With so many long-distance journeys and different locations involved, having reliable, professional drivers was extremely important to us.

From the very beginning, Chauffeur Link made the experience easy and stress-free. The communication was excellent, the arrangements were handled professionally, and everything ran smoothly.

A special thank you to our drivers Sunny, Guri and Gagan, who were all exceptional. Each of them was professional, punctual, courteous and incredibly accommodating. They made the long journeys comfortable and were genuinely pleasant to travel with.

What stood out most was the consistency of the service. Despite the distances and multiple legs of our journey, we always felt that we were in safe and capable hands. The vehicles were comfortable, the drivers were respectful and professional, and there was never any concern about whether we would get to our destination on time.

For anyone looking for a chauffeur service for long-distance, regional or multi-day travel, I would have no hesitation in recommending Chauffeur Link Melbourne.

Thank you to the entire team, and especially Sunny, Guri and Gagan, for making what could have been a very tiring trip such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We will definitely use Chauffeur Link again.
